Mr. Shammi Dua is an engineer with post-graduation in SCM from IIM-Mumbai (NITIE).He is a dynamic Supply Chain operations specialist with 26 years of international, corporate consulting & diverse industry experience. He has a rich hands-on-experience in Automotive, Perishables, FMCG, and Coatings businesses.

He has worked with HUL, Mahindra, Cadbury, Samsung, AkzoNobel, GSK and AT Kearney. He has an extensive experience in sales operations, customer service, distribution and logistics, supply chain planning, sourcing, and third-party manufacturing.

Shammi Dua

Satish Katti is a senior Electrical Engineering, Quality, and Logistics Management professional with thirty-eight years of leadership across major industrial organizations. With qualifications in Engineering and Business Management, and certifications in Lean Six Sigma, QMS/EMS auditing, and Project Management, he is known for driving supplier development and operational excellence. He has held key roles at Schneider Electric, TATA Visteon, GE India Industrial, MK Electric, Kirloskar Electric, and Crompton Greaves, leading impactful quality and supply chain transformations. His experience spans Design and Development, Sourcing, Plant Maintenance, NPD, Quality, and Change Management. He has also successfully completed Schneider Electric leadership program at INSEAD Singapore. Now retired, he mentors organizations to strengthen quality, safety, and sustainable operational performance. He brings a unique blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and a deep commitment to continuous improvement to support organizations in reaching new levels of performance.

Satish Katti

Sanjay Sapru is an accomplished Operational Business Leader with 3 decades of experience in P&L Management, Supply Chain Management, S&OP and Integrated Business Planning, Manufacturing Excellence, Digital Transformation and Project Management. He has led Global Supply Chain Benchmarking initiatives for SABMiller in APAC region and comes with solid Leadership Operational and Manufacturing stints with P&G, KCLL and ITC. In his last stint with PRAJ as an Executive Vice President he was the business Head for PRAJ’s Brewery and Beverage Business. He is one of the few leaders to have both front end and back-end experience. He has an Engineering Degree from BITS Pilani and has also completed his Senior Management Program from IIM Kolkata. He has also completed a certification course in “Leadership in AI” from ISB Hyderabad.
